Is this actually financially viable - or is it just a vision?

Do I have to relocate to Bulgaria to be involved?

No. There are different pathways into this project - and one of them, the joint venture / armchair investor route, is designed specifically for those called to fund and support the mission without leaving the comfort of their own home. Relocation is one option, not the only one.
